Excellent location, comfortable room, clean and quiet. No complaints about Wi-fi.

Everything was fine.

Warm and rich breakfasts with hot dishes, ham plus cheese, the staff were all in all caring. The budget queen room we stayed in was newly decorated with private toilet.

Rooms are too small with cramped space for luggage!!! Inconsistent housekeeping leaves much to be desired regarding cleaning frequency!!! Noise from the street is disturbing at night, impacting comfort!!! Limited parking availability only adds to the inconvenience!!!

Because of a problem with the superior double room I was upgraded and had well-equipped room with extra bed...

Cozy comforts and heavenly waffles

The hotel's central location made it easy to explore Tromsø and head out on tours. Breakfast was fantastic, with options, and the complimentary waffles in the evening were a good surprise that left us wanting more.

The standard double room was quite compact, a bit tricky for us to store our bags properly. We heard some street noise at night, but it didn't significantly detract from our overall comfort.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from various tour pickups for the northern lights. Complimentary snacks, including a self-service waffle station every evening. The breakfast buffet featured a wide variety, ensuring that I started each day right.

Charming staff coupled with a fantastic location make this hotel a great choice. Enjoyed the clean, spacious family room and the abundant breakfast options with a waffle maker. Afternoon tea with tasty treats adds a good touch, although be prepared for a bit of street noise at night.

The breakfast spread was awesome with fresh cakes and coffee available all day, a rare treat! I loved unwinding in the cozy leisure room and enjoyed the sun terrace for some fresh air. The shower could've used a better water pressure, but overall, it was a lovely stay 😊

Laundry service was quick, but the room was too small for comfort.

The location is excellent. The breakfast was excellent, with various options like fresh breads, eggs, and meats, and the complimentary self-service waffle station in the evenings was a good addition. The staff provided really good service, being friendly and always willing to assist with inquiries or book taxis.

The room was smaller than expected.

The Budget Double Room was small but comfy. The bed was nice and I appreciated the kettle and coffee-making facilities. The room was also very clean, always a plus. I could hear some street noise at night, but it wasn't too disruptive. All in all, it's a practical choice for a quick stay without any fuss.

The location was marvelous, just a short walk away from a mainly scientific aquarium. In front of a bus station, a supermarket, and shops were not far as well.
